Coloma began his professional career more than 30 years ago with his father, a key figure in his training, and together with his brother they embarked on the path of consultancy. His son has now joined the family business.

At the academic level

She is a graduate in Law from the University of the Balearic Islands (1994) and has been a registered Administrative Manager since 1995, the year in which she passed the official entrance exams to the profession. She has complemented her training with the Master's Degree in Business Management offered by CAEB and the Instituto de Empresa (IE) in 2022, and has participated continuously in the Aranzadi Forums on Social and Labour Law, as well as in numerous specialised courses on the subject throughout her more than 30 years of professional career.

At the profesional level

Coloma began his professional career alongside his father, a key figure in his training, and together with his brother they embarked on the path of consultancy. From him they learned not only technical knowledge, but also a work philosophy based on rigour, proximity and excellence. Since then, he has headed the labour and administrative management area of the company, providing experience, commitment and constant updating in the face of regulatory changes in the labour field.

Today, with the incorporation of the third generation to the family business, Coloma continues to transmit the values that have been the hallmark of the firm since its origins.
